Suncoast Voice Solutions ("Suncoast VS", "we", "our") provides custom IVR systems and subscription services for business communication. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We offer IVR setup packages — Cabana, Oceanfront, and Island — plus monthly plans — Palm, Coastal, Luxe — for continued support.

3. Payment & Billing
Setup packages are one-time fees. Monthly plans are billed automatically. You must keep your payment info current.

4. Service Delivery
IVR systems are created and delivered after payment and form completion. Island packages may include CRM webhooks and multilingual flows.

5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Setup fees and partial months are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use
Don’t use our IVRs for spam, fraud, or illegal activity. Violators may be suspended or terminated.

7. Intellectual Property
All IVR scripts, prompts, and designs remain our IP unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or missed opportunities caused by service use or disruptions.

9. Modifications
Terms may change. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
