Cabana ($499.99) – Basic IVR with greeting, one menu, and voicemail.
Oceanfront ($749.99) – Multi-menu routing, department options, and extended voicemail.
Island ($1,499.99) – Fully customized setup with advanced logic, bilingual support, and CRM webhook integration.
What are your monthly service plans?
Palm Plan ($14.99/month) – 1 monthly update + prompt support.
Coastal Plan ($29.99/month) – Faster support + multiple prompt changes.
Luxe Plan ($74.99/month) – Unlimited updates + analytics + priority service.
Do I need both a setup package and a service plan?
Yes. You start with a setup package to build your IVR, and then subscribe to a service plan to keep it live and updated.
How long does it take to build my IVR?
Typically within 3–5 business days after we receive your setup form and payment. Island setups may take longer due to customization.
Can I preview my IVR before it goes live?
Yes! We send you a preview link with your professionally voiced audio prompts and menu flow before finalizing.
What happens if I need changes?
All subscription plans include prompt changes — the number depends on your plan. Luxe users receive unlimited updates.
Do you provide phone numbers?
Yes. We provision numbers through Twilio, which are included in your setup. You may also bring your own.
Do you support bilingual IVRs?
Yes! Our Island package includes full Spanish support, and additional languages can be added on request.
Can this connect to my CRM?
Yes. The Island plan includes webhook integration with your CRM platform.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your monthly plan anytime. Setup fees are non-refundable.
